Villa in the Sky is a luxurious, contemporary and beautifully designed 5 bedroom villa, sleeping 10 (or up to 12 with a cot or extra child’s bed*), located just above the enchanting small historic town of Kalkan.

The living area is open plan with air conditioning throughout, marble floors and beautifully decorated. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has modern Siemens appliances and a breakfast bar with stools providing a perfect social and entertaining area. Next to this is the dining area with table and chairs. The lounge area has two large luxury sofas and coffee table. A flat screen satellite TV with access to Netflix and DVD player with a selection of DVD’s, children’s board games and cards, wireless internet (free of charge) and Apple TV. On this floor, just about the entire front of the Villa has floor to ceiling sliding patio windows, making the most of the panoramic views from inside and providing access to the large terrace area with outdoor furniture and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco or just relaxing with a G&T and taking in the views before going out for the evening. The lower terrace has a full size table tennis table for the more energetic.
All 5 bedrooms are air conditioned and have an en-suite with walk in shower. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 also have the added luxury of Jacuzzi baths. The master bedroom is located over the top floor of the villa. A round bed, flat screen TV, your own private fridge and spacious balcony with sunbeds, will allow you to rest in comfort and privacy. There is a large panoramic window offering beautiful views from both the bed and the Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have a private balcony or a terrace to outdoor space, with outdoor furniture. Bedroom 4 also has a flat screen TV. All bedrooms are large and a cot or childs bed may be added to any of the rooms but we like to keep occupancy limited to a maximum of 12 guests for comfort.
For your convenience there is a Siemens washing machine, clothes horse, washing basket, iron and ironing board and safe located in the Utility Room.
Air conditioning throughout is also used for heating in the cooler months.
Outside:
The large private infinity pool (approx 63m2) has a separate Jacuzzi with seating where you can sit and gaze at the views whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Sunbeds and drinks tables around the pool can be positioned under the large pergola if you prefer to escape the midday sun and lie in comfort in the shade.
The upper terrace can be accessed from any part of the living area via floor to ceiling sliding doors. The outdoor seating area, dining furniture and BBQ is perfect for dining alfresco or just relaxing with a G&T and taking in the views before going out for the evening.
The lower terrace has a full size table tennis table for the more energetic and and can be accessed from anywhere outside or through sliding doors from bedrooms 4 and 5. There is also a small, but neat and pretty, garden area with beautiful flowers and shrubs.
Private parking is available directly outside the Villa.
As the Villa is large (approx. 250m2) it offers a great deal of space and privacy and is popular with both families and groups holidaying together. We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
